Will my health insurance company cover your fees?

Insurance does not cover our fees, however, some HSA and FSA policies will cover our services. Reach out to your insurance company to find out more!

Why would I pay so much for this?

The truth is that yes, parents sleep train their own babies, people manage their own weddings without a wedding planner or event coordinator, people figure out college plans without college counselors, but what makes life MUCH easier is specialized support. We’ve been there, we’ve done this hundreds of times and we know babies and sleep. We bring our skills, expertise to your home and create a plan, implement it and help you finally get the sleep you so desperately need.

What if I am looking for consultation plans, NOT live in sleep training?

Not a problem, we do offer consultations in an effort to meet all family budgets. Check out our consultation page to learn more. Consultation success depends on your ability to stay committed and follow the plan. If you worry about that or do not have the time/energy/ability to do so, consider our live-in sleep training support which ensures you do not have to stress about what to do when.

What sleep training method do you use?

We are Certified Sleep Coaches and Trainers with a background in Advanced Sleep Training from (NCTA) and Summer’s Sleep Secrets Training and our style is unique in that we never leave your side during the process and the plan is unique for your baby and your family's needs. Our sleep Trainers are well versed and experienced in *all* sleep training methods and use a mix of it all to best create a plan for your baby. We will choose a method that aligns most with your philosophy and goals, which will be determined from your sleep assessment and detailed intake questionnaire.

What is the best age to sleep train my baby?

The best age to sleep train your baby depends on if you are ready, your baby is ready and your baby meets some specific qualifications. The typical age range is 4-8 months, but absolutely doable beyond 8 months. We commonly work with babies from 3 months to 3 years of age.

How do I know if my baby is ready to sleep train?

This question is easier to answer on the phone with me. My goal will be to hear what things are like now and ask you some questions to determine if your baby is ready. Most babies are ready around 14 weeks, but this will vary from baby to baby. Schedule your sleep assessment call with us to determine if your baby is ready, what it would look like to work with us and what your next steps are.

How do I know if my baby can be sleep trained?

Again, this is determined over our call, if we offer to work with you, it is because we only work with clients who we know would be a good fit for us, families that we can help and are committed to following the plan and guidelines. We will also help you determine if your baby is ready to be sleep trained and that it will be successful in achieving better sleep. We look at several things such as development and current patters to help determine if your baby can be trained.

How long will it take to sleep train my baby?

Working with me to sleep train your baby ensures that your baby will be sleeping through the night and have good nap schedules with in 3-5 days with our fast approach live-in sleep training packages. Sleep trained means your baby can GO to sleep on their own and fall back asleep by themselves! With our Sleep Consultation packages you will see results at different times depending on which approach you choose, typically 4 weeks.

What if it doesn't work?

We will continue to work with you until your goals are met. Success is the investment that you put into the plan that we develop. I promise that you will feel so supported, reassured and confident after our in person support and the four weeks of unlimited support from us. You will have the tools to navigate life changes that come your way to keep sleep a part of your lives forever. Your dedication to following our guidelines and plan determines how successful sleep training is for your baby(babies).

What unique experiences do you have with sleep training?

We have experience working with toddlers of many ages, babies with “boots and bars”, multiples, siblings (ie toddler and younger sibling), babies wearing a helmet and a wide variety of individuality, parent preferences, feeding preferences and caregiver set ups. Regardless, we will have the skills to navigate your family’s unique situation for success.
