Amanda is a Family Bliss Sleep Trainer and lover of sleep. Her journey to sleep training began with her first born, four years ago, He was a terrible sleeper and she turned to Tiffany for help and support in getting the sleep their whole family needed. As a mother of three, who have all needed sleep help to some degree, Amanda understands the value of sleep for growing families.
